Where can I purchase the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card?
At this time, the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card is offered online via Cashstar, a secure Internet Provider, at over 25,000 retail locations across the country, as well as some H-D® U.S. dealer locations. We suggest calling your local dealer to inquire.
To order online, you will need to log on from an internet provider (IP) address in the United States and use a credit card issued in the United States.
Online Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card orders can be loaded for any amount between $25-$500.
Where can I use the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card?
The Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card can be used to purchase genuine Harley-Davidson® products and services online and at authorized, participating Harley-Davidson® dealer locations across the U.S. (except in Puerto Rico and Guam), the Harley-Davidson Museum and H-D™ Factory Tours. What can I purchase with the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card?
Use your Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card to purchase Harley-Davidson® products and services online and at authorized, participating Harley-Davidson® Dealer retail locations across the United States. Additionally, the card can be applied as payment toward bike rentals at a participating H-D®location; however, it cannot be used to reserve a rental. The Gift Card can be used at the Harley-Davidson Museum or at the H-D™ Factory Tour locations. See the Cardholder Agreement for a complete list of terms and conditions.
When does the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card expire?
The funds loaded on the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card will never expire and the amount loaded on the card can be used until the balance reaches zero. The plastic card itself does have a valid through date printed on it which will be at least 60 months following the date of purchase of the card. This is to allow Harley-Davidson the opportunity to reduce issues related to card plastic, un-useable magnetic strips and changing laws. In the event the card funds have not been completely used after the "valid through date," the card may be exchanged, at no cost and will be activated for the remaining amount at the time you make the exchange. What are the service fees for the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card?
The Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card has no inactivity fees.
How can I determine the available balance?
Go to our Check H-D Gift Card Balance page, and enter the card number and 6-digit security code shown on the back of your gift card. To check your balance over the phone, please call 1-800-755-0085. You'll need your gift card number located on the back of the gift card.
How can I add additional funds?
The Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card is not re-loadable. However, returns and credit amounts can be placed back on to the original gift card, if you still have the plastic card that was used to make the purchase online or at an authorized, participating H-D® dealer.
Why was my Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card declined?
A purchase with the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card may be declined if the authorization amount exceeds the available balance. The available balance must be known and shared with the cashier to avoid a potential decline. If a transaction is declined, you can easily check the available balance (see Determining the Available Balance), tell the cashier how much is available on the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card to use towards the purchase, and pay the remainder with another form of payment.
Can I use multiple forms of payment?
If the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card available balance is not enough to cover the entire amount of the purchase, you can use another form of payment to complete the transaction. The cardholder should inform the cashier how much to deduct from the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card and how much to deduct from the other payment method(s). Please note that some stores are not able to split purchases between Harley-Davidson™ Gift Cards and credit or debit cards. In these cases, a customer may need to pay the difference in cash or check.
What is the policy for returns, exchanges or disputes?
Subject to their return policy, a Dealer may credit purchases back to the gift card used to make the original purchase. For this reason, it is very important that customers keep the gift card receipt and the gift card even if the balance has reached zero. Funds that are credited back on to the original gift card will be available 3-5 days after the return is processed. If you no longer have the gift card at the time of the return, then your return is subject to the individual dealer's policy which may include a store credit, or exchange.
What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Store your 16 digit Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card number and/or Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card purchase receipt in a safe location in case your Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card is lost or stolen. To help prevent unauthorized transactions on a lost/stolen card, immediately contact 1-800-803-7537 to report the card missing and to allow us to lock the card from further use. You may request a replacement card for any value remaining on the card at the time it is replaced, by calling cardholder support number, 1-800-803-7537. When is my order processed and what are the shipping charges?
Orders are processed and shipped during the business week which is Monday through Friday.
Orders approved Monday through Friday before 11 AMEST will usually be processed the same business day.
Orders received after 3PM CST on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day which is usually Monday.
Please keep in mind that these are "guidelines" as you are deciding which shipping method to choose. Both UPS and the United States Postal Service (standard mail) may experience delays in delivery due to inclement weather or excessive holiday volumes. UPS will not guarantee delivery timeline or issue refunds for weather delays.

Physical gift cards can be shipped for Free via Standard (USPS First Class Postage) or for a cost via expedited shipping (refer to pricing under shipping options on www.harley-davidson.cashstar.com). When ordering multiple cards, free shipping is available, however cards need to be added to the cart separately.
What are the purchasing or shipping restrictions?
Online gift card orders can be loaded for any amount between $25-$500.
Harley-Davidson™ Gift Cards may not be shipped internationally. When ordering online, you will need to log on from an IP address in the United States and use a credit card issued in the United States. Additionally, your billing address must match the address your credit card statement is mailed to. Limits may be placed on the number of cards ordered in a 24 hour period.
When shipping to a military address or PO Boxes, United States Postal service is the only available shipping option. UPS is not authorized to ship packages to these locations.
What online payment options are available?
Online purchases may be made using any of the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express or PAYPAL. Credit card transactions are processed via a secure payment gateway. All purchases made on this site will appear as "HarleyDavidson CS GFTC" on your credit card statement. All credit cards must have a U.S. billing address and the billing address must match the billing address on the credit card selected for payment.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Details of your purchase will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your SPAM folder for the email order confirmation. While it is unlikely, if you do not receive this email, please call customer service for assistance to report this at 1-800-803-7537.
How do I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final upon confirmation via the website. All Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Should I save my Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card receipt?
You may be required to present the original receipt of purchase for the Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card and the 16 digit card number, so the receipt should be kept in a safe place. The entire 16 digit card number is not printed on the card receipt, so record your gift card number on your receipt and retain this information in the event your card is lost or damaged and you need a replacement.

No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card, and we will not impose shipping or any other fees at any time.

How do I cancel the purchase of an eGift Card?
If you chose a delivery date that is in the future, you can cancel your purchase by contacting Customer Support . If the delivery date is today or in the past, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as HarleyDavidson CS GFTC.
Can I buy an eGift Card for myself?
Yes. To do so, go to the "Email" tab underneath "How would you like to deliver your eGift?" On this tab, enter your name in the "Recipient Name" field and your email address in the in the "Recipient Email" filed. Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your e-gift email, follow the instructions in the email to retrieve and redeem your eGift.
I want a printed eGift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
Simply personalize the eGift Card for your recipient, have it sent to yourself and then print it. To do this, go to the "Hand Delivery" tab underneath "How would you like to deliver your eGift Card?". On this tab, enter your own email address in the "Your Email" field. Enter your recipient's name and your personal message on the eGift Card preview, and complete the transaction normally. You will receive an eGift Card alert via email. Follow the instructions in this message to retrieve your eGift Card and then choose "Click to print this page." The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient and may be redeemed at any participating U.S. Harley-Davidson® retail location or online at Harley-Davidson.com/store.
Can I send two (or more) eGift Cards to two (or more) different people who share an email address?
Yes, you may create and send multiple eGift Cards to multiple recipients all in one purchase. All you have to do is add each to your cart separately before checking out.
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?
On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card. Sometimes, special offers and promotions are listed on the page.
When is the eGift Card sent to the recipient?
The eGift Card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase.
Where can I use my eGift Card?
You can use your eGift Card at any participating U.S. Harley-Davidson® retail location or online at Harley-Davidson.com/store, at the Harley-Davidson Museum, and at Harley-Davidson® Factory Tour locations.
Do I need a special printer? Do I need to print color?
No and no. Most standard office and household printers are equipped to print eGift Cards, and you do not need to print in color. Some printers produce great results, and older printers sometimes don't print certain images well, but the most important thing is that the Card Number, 3 digit CVV2 code, and Valid Thru date are clear. If it is not, you may need to install a new ink cartridge.
When does the eGift Card expire?
There is no expiration date on your eGift Card. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don't forget.
Can I reload my eGift Card after I've spent the full value?
Not at this time.
Is my order secure?
All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilizing state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL. The eGift Card purchase process is fully PCI compliant. How do I know the recipient actually received the eGift Card I sent them?
You will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the eGift Card has been viewed. If the eGift Card goes un-viewed for 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue. You may also contact customer service at call 1-800-803-7537 or email Customer Support with the order number from the email you received confirming your purchase, and we can tell you if the recipient has viewed their eGift Card.
What if I lose my eGift Card?
Your eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded like cash. If you lose your printed eGift Card, contact customer service immediately at call 1-800-803-7537. If your eGift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new eGift Card for the available value on the card.
What if someone makes a copy of my printed eGift Card?
Our state of the art technology inhibits fraud, but you must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your eGift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the Gift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact customer service immediately at call 1-800-803-7537 or email Customer Support. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new Gift Card.
