Adjustable Rider Backrest is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy install, needs a little more padding, only option right now Right now the only way to get a backrest (through HD) on an '18 Fatboy is with the Harley Hammock and this backrest. Installation was extremely simple, just stick it in so to speak. One of the adjustment nobs sits right on top of the passenger pillion, you'll need to remove the Hammock and slip the grab strip through a leather cover if you don't want to see the nob. I'd have preferred more padding as the cushion itself isn't terribly soft. Better than nothing but nowhere near as comfortable as the rider backrest I had on my '15 touring bike. I know one is a touring bike and the other a cruiser but why intentionally put less padding on the cruiser's backrest?

    Q & A

Is this backrest compatible with a 2016 Slim S military edition bike? If not do you know of one that would?
