Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing sound when not moving WOW! This completes my six speaker, 900 watt set up. It's a huge maze of wires. The tech at the dealer was excited to max out the volume and show off his great work. Every other tech in the garage turned our way. The sound filled the 20,000 sq ft area. But on the bike, it still get most of the sound at speed from the fairing and lower fairing speakers. It is a motorcycle after all and the wind really takes away most of the rear sound. I have the fade pushing more sound to the back and it is like surround sound sound. I get enough from the rears at speed to know the speakers are there. The fit and finish is great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work from day 1 Already had Stage 1 speakers installed. Blew my right rear speaker somehow so decided to just upgrade to Stage 2. Was that a mistake. Installed speakers along with the latest Boom firmware, installed easily, took it to the Harley dealer for the Stage 2 re-flash twice for my setup, 2 amps, front and rear speakers and my right rear woofer will not work. Speakers, and amps are fine as we tested them all the way around. Dealer is telling me one of the wires in the plug-n-play harnesses must be crossed and wanted to charge me labor fees to inspect the wiring. Unbelievable. So now i have a 3 speaker stereo that is not what I thought it would be. Should have left the stage 1 alone and just purchased J&M Rokker speakers to replace the rears. Disappointing to say the least.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lound and Clear Had this installed along with the Fairing Stage 2. The sound is load, full range and clear at all speeds. I have no distortion even at max volume. The stereo is now louder than my pipes when riding.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from JUNK Bought these for my 15 road glide special. I had the dealer install them for this very reason, after 3 weeks they are already blown and crackling. Prior to that they had very poor sound quality. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!!

      rear speakers and lid kit

if I put rear speakers& lid kit on my 15 Street glide special can the infotainment system be reprogrammed to have fader control as it currently does not ?
      Asked by: kw831

      Are these waterproof?

It looks like water will pool in the speaker at rest. Will these stand up to being left outdoors in the rain?

      2-Year Warranty

Is the 2 year warranty transferrable to a new owner if I were to sell my bike? If the warranty is parts only (and does not include labor) and a speaker blows, must I pay for a diagnostics fee to the dealer to have a speaker replaced under the warranty? It seems the warranty would be pointless as the labor charge would be the price of the speaker.
      Asked by: LSUinDenver

If I already have the stage 2 amp in my fairing, do I need to install the saddlebag amp? Can I hook these speakers up to the same amp?
