Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic teardrop Mirrors They look great and have about the same field of vision as the old ones. I'm very happy and the price was good too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mirrors! Mirrors are solid and well chromed. The screws securing the stems at the mirror are tight when shipped and just loosened them to adjust mirror. Heavy which should help with vibration. Also has a rubber gasket all the way around the mirror. Looks great! The only issue I have is there was no instruction sheet with the mirrors. I think that if you are spending around 100 dollars for and accessory that it should include instructions with torque specs to prevent over torqueing the stem nuts. I would definitely buy these again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality mirrors Chrome is top notch and, they are stiff so I don't see them walking around any time soon. Very happy with them.

        Q & A

Why no instructions with this kit? Torque spec for stem nut?

It used to be there were instructions with the mirror kits with torque specs included. I could not find torque specs anywhere to include the service manual for mirror stem nuts. After spending close to 100 dollars for these mirrors I would like to install them with confidence to the right torque spec so that I do not over torque the stem causing failure later on. I know it is not rocket science but there has to be a torque spec somewhere for the mirrors. Thanks.

What is the differece between 91968-98 & 91971-98 mirrors?

One mirror says it is a "Classic" the other says it is " Script"
        Asked by: Jeffmps
Hello Jeffmps, The main difference is the designs. The Script says Harley Davidson in the bar that goes across the middle of the mirror and the Classic says it in a circular pattern around the stem. Thank you!

will these fit the handlebars on my 13 street gluide?

and will it get the mirrors further out from the fairing so i can see behind me better? also will i need plugs to cover where the old mirrors were, and whats the part #?
        Asked by: mykkanen14
Hello Mykkanen14! The Classic Teardrop Mirrors do fit a 2013 Street Glide (FLHX). Since they are made for your bike, they are not going to extend farther than expected. However, you have to use your own judgement as I cannot determine what view you are looking for! No plugs should be used or needed. Look into P/N 91907-87 for extending your side mirrors.
