High Tail Colorblocked Hi-Vis Rain Suit is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior Protection Top Quality and not a drop of rain soaked through on a 3000+ mile trip with several heavy downpours. The suit also packs very small and is easy to put on and pull off with the full zippered legs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Staying Dry Well, I was assigned as road captain for a local dealer ride the other day. Steady rain at the house but radar was clearing up. So I rode to the dealer on my Softail Breakout. Wore my Columbia "waterproof" jacket hanging in the closet. What a joke. Soaking wet when I got there, I am talking all the way down to my underwear.... Said screw this I need rain gear. The ladies helped me and I picked this suit. Went for a 160 mile ride with the guys from the dealer, pouring rain the whole time. No issues at all with this suit. Kept feeling my pants at the restaurant because my mind said I should be soaked, but I was bone dry. Really nice gear and comfy. Even has a venting system to keep you from getting too hot. Yes, I had the vents under the arm open while riding and still stayed dry. Harley would never guarantee keeping you dry with the vent open, but it worked for me. Nice!!

    Q & A

How big is the suit when folded up in the carrying bag easily fit in a one of the bags of my Road King?

I had a pair of rain suits that were misplaced. When rolled up they were smaller than a football. More like a large softball. Do you have that suit? How does this compare size wise.?

How does this differ from the Hi-Vis suit?

How does this differ from Men's Hi-Vis Rain Suit?
    Asked by: SamG
Hi Sam G, The functionality of each suit is very different! Lets compare and contrast... High Tail Colorblock: ** Has a nylon 100% ripstop w/ lining that is waterproof. Ripstop: prevents a rip or tear from continuing w/ waterproofing it will repel water. Hi-Vis Rain Suit: ** Waterproof high-visibility portion is 100% w/ the nylon shell. High Tail Colorblock: **Storm-flap zipper front with hook and loop tab closures Hi-Vis Rain Suit: **Double storm-flap zipper front with hook & loop tab closures High Tail Colorblock: ** Pants feature waterproof 100% nylon rip-stop, heat-resistant textile shields on lower inner legs, elastic waist, stirrups, removable suspenders, and leg side zipper to knee Hi-Vis Rain Suit: ** Pant features 3/4 leg zipper and heat shields with extended protection on right leg and rear-end anti-slip traction. Hope this helps!! Good Luck

    Out of stock?

I find it hard to understand, how you are out of stock on sizes M, L, XL, and 2XL on June 15? When do you expect to have these common sizes back in stock?
    Asked by: fxstcrider

On the hightail rain suit which is rated at 5 stars at 195.00 does the suit retain heat making it hot while wearing?

    Asked by: fedbchcop

    sizing suggestion?

what is the sizing suggestion since this rain suit will more than likely be worn over clothes and possibly over chaps/leather jacket? Is there a length on the pants or arms? (im only 5'11" 210lbs but have an arm span of 76" and most jackets come nowhere close to going to my wrists when arms are extended to bars).
    Asked by: Snyper
Hi.. The H-D Online website provides a general size chart for men's clothing. It would be best to go to a local dealership that may have sizes in stock and go from there. However, there is a good chance you may have to order the size you are looking for. When fitting a rain suit over clothing take in consideration how much bulk your clothes may add. It is best to have a rain suit that is fitted, but not too tight or too loose to where it is uncomfortable to ride. Thanks!
