Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Look!! This really has a great look for my 2014 Ultra Limited. I ordered the black finish but my only complaint is the chrome bolts to mount it when I wanted to use my black bolts instead. The bolts look odd with all my black finished add-ons! The instructions need to tell you where to plug it in since that is not explained anywhere in the instructions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with Windshield Trim Light When I bought the windshield trim light, which I really liked, I specifically asked the Harley sales person if there would be any problems with installing them myself. I was never told that it would not be warranted if I did. This product shorted out about a year later and was not warranted by the Dealer because Harley didn't install it. I bought them for a trip to Sturgis last year and loved the way they looked. I even received quite a few compliments. Fast forward one year, on my way back from Kentucky, the problem started. I had to take my bike to the dealer to have the wiring fixed. The turn signals that you hook them up to are fine, so I'm not sure what would have caused the issue. I think if you are selling an OTC product that is faulty, it should be replaced regardless of who installs it. Now, I'm out the money it cost me to buy the part and almost $250.00 to have the bike fixed. I think I should be refunded the money that I paid for the lights or have them replaced at dealer cost, but I' would prefer to have the lights. They are a great addition to my bike. .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Second times a charm I bought one of these about a year and a half ago and it was not a good piece. It quit working shortly after the warranty ran out. I debated not buying from the motor company since it should have lasted much longer. I read the reviews to see if others were having problems and saw a statement about how they knew there was a problem and had changed their manufacturing process. So I reluctantly bought another but have had zero problems with the "new" illuminated trim piece.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Love the look. Added light is always a good thing, Very easy install but nerve racking drilling my faring. Only 4 stars because HD's "half-assed" deportment went with Chrome screws rather than the black it should have came with.

Will there be an issue mounting this with a windshield bag?

2015 Ultra Limited with a 3 pocket fairing pouch. Are the screws with kit long enough to accommodate?

    Instalation Issue

Can you explain why this product is not compatible with a bike that has the 3 pouch windshield pouches? Is it a matter of the wiring or the length of the screws? I have a 2015 Ultra Limited Low with the windshield pouches which I use quite a bit. I would love to add this part for more visibility at night. It's disappointing.
    Asked by: MichaelH416
Hi MichaelH416, Actually it is due the the screw length, and the fact that the windshield may not be secure enough if both are installed together.
