    Nightstick 2-into-1 Slip-On Muffler is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good upgrade that wont kill your warranty Easy to install with basic hand tools. Good sound. Louder than stock in the higher rpm range but not enough to make the neighbors mad. Immediate low end performance increase. Adding air cleaner and Screaming Eagle tuner to round out the mix.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from things they don't tell you Haven't installed yet, because the product information fails to tell you that you need a NEW muffler clamp, AND when you call to order one, you have to GO TO your local dealer to get one. Local dealer is 60+ miles away, that's why I ordered online. Now I have to make a special trip to my dealer just to get a clamp...NOT HAPPY

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, improved performance! I have had the Nightstick for a week now, and I have to say that it is the perfect muffler for my 2012 Switchback. It looks and sounds great! The sound: The Nightstick produces a deeper, throatier sound than the stock muffler. Under hard acceleration, it is truly glorious. But this muffler is more about quality than quantity, as the volume increase, while definitely noticeable, is still within legal limits. I'd say that it's about a quarter louder than stock. My old Superglide had Pythons, which sounded awesome, but on long rides, the volume left my ears ringing. No such problems with the Nightstick. It's louder, but not obnoxiously so. Your neighbors will appreciate your machine, but will not hate you for stating it up at six in the morning. Performance: I did not do a remap, as I still have the stock air cleaner, but the performance increase was immediately noticeable. The bike revs more freely, and you get more out of each gear. The bike just wakes up with this simple change. An aside, with the stock muffler, I experienced a low RPM shudder from takeoff. The Nightstick fixed this, I believe due to being lighter. Looks: It's like the stock muffler only moreso. Sleeker, and with the diffuser discs and end cap, it looks different enough stand out from the stock, but not so much that it changes the look of the bike. And it is in the looks department that I have my only negative criticism. I had heard on Harley forums and groups that the end cap discolors from the heat, becoming almost a golden color. This occurred within three days of my installing it. Both the end cap and the diffuser discs all changed color. The lovely chrome was unaffected. As the bike is four years old, the weathered look suits me fine, but it is something that you should be aware of. All in all, I highly recommend this product if you own a Switchback. It was designed specifically for this bike, and truly enhances your riding experience.

    Q & A

Will installing the nightstick slip-on void my factory warranty or ESP?

    Asked by: Jenkins80
We totally encourage our customers to customize their motorcycles, which is why we offer more than 55,000 genuine Harley-Davidson parts and accessories. If you were to modify your bike with an after-market exhaust, you're risking the effectiveness of your warranty. So definitely go for the Nightsticks, you'll love 'em!

do i need to calibrate the ecm or map out the efi after i install the pipe?

    Asked by: Boom822
Hey Boom822! No, you do not have to calibrate once you install the 2 into 1 Slip On. If you decide that you want to install an air filter along with the air filter, then you will need to calibrate! Hope this helps!
