    Quick-Release Sissy Bar Upright is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3.
    Rated 5 out of 5 by from well made For the cost of the thing, you think HD would include the TORX tip it takes to install the brackets, and that little tube of grease for the Orings they want you to go to the HD dealer to get ,may have cost 10 cents. Don't mind paying those HIGH PRICES,, just give us our monies worth;;;;;;;;;;;

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't include everything Bought one of these to put on my new Freewheeler and found out the mount does not include the backrest mounting bracket and screws. Now after spending this much money on you have to buy a mounting bracket also. This should be included as it is required to put a pad on it. On the sissy bar for the 4 point mount it comes with the mounting bracket.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sissy Bar When installing backrest dock and torquing per instructions the quick release buttons jam and either stick in depressed position or will not depress . It was necessary to loosen fasteners until buttons worked as intended. Also rubber O rings need lubricant (per instructions) The lubricant isn't provided so I tried without it and succeeded in breaking 3 of the 4 O rings. For what this kit costs how hard would it be to include the lubricant.. It appears that torquing docks causes them to bend to fit natural curve of trunk which in turn makes buttons jam.

    What is the size tubing on this sissy bar?

    I want to be able to mount a flag on my Freewheeler but know that I can not mount one on the luggage rack, so I am going to mount one off the sissy bar, just need to know the size of the tubing so I can order correct sizing. Thanks HD peeps!
    Asked by: Flogurl15
    Hey Flogurl15, Tubing measures .750mm or .03" in diameter.

    Plugs for Quick Release Sissy Bar

    Please tell me where I can find a plug for the holes left when I remove the quick release sissy bar on my 2015 Freewheeler
    Asked by: Kmitchell

    is there pre-existing holes for this item or do new holes have to be drilled? thanks

    Asked by: john15
    Hey john15, Thank you for your question. Nope, you will not have to drill anything. Just pop the two rear covers out and the mount the backrest dock in. Don't forget that you can look at the instruction sheets under "MORE INFO" tab to get a better idea of how it will install. Thank you!
