Replacement One-Touch Wireless 12V Wrist Controller is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Heated Gear The complexity of the watch is unnecessary and unreliable. I’ve already had it replaced once. The old style with the push button for all temperatures was better. The fact you need the jacket to make the gloves work is classic Harley getting every dime out of the customer base just because they can. The jacket and gloves do work but if you find yourself in a situation where the watch in no longer working and it’s forty degrees or colder your in trouble. The default temp for the jacket and gloves is a fifty/fifty split without manually changing the temp with the Bluetooth watch. I would not recommend to a friend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from almost perfect the little controller is easy to control while riding - just hitting the PLUS or MINUS button. even with gloves and liner no problem and you get the feedback via LEDs. That's in my opinion the main purpose and very well designed. The negative points: the rubber plug for the charging cable gets lost easily and the run-time is too short. The manual says its 12 hours and that requires recharging if on longer trips. I miss a short pocket manual for the instructions in English. The manual is a must to carry, because everything beyond the basic heat up/down is not easy to figure out. Needed to look up how to check the battery charge!

    Q & A

    plug for controller

Is there a spare part number for the little plug on the side of the controller? It gets lost easily! May need a 10-pack

    battery duration

How long does the one-touch wireless wrist controller's battery last before needing re-charge ? I usually ride 4-8 hours once, twice or more times per week in cool weather, and normally at least once a week during the cold winter months if roads are clean from snow,or salt. I plan on purchasing jacket liner, pants liner, socks, gloves to each be controlled separately by their own wrist controller. I currently have Gerbings -jacket liner, chaps, socks, boot insole, and HD gloves. Their age ( 10-15 yrs on some ) is a minor concern as they all still work. Simply put, I want separate and modern heat control of ALL pieces.

Hey harleydoc, Well first off, way to be a hardcore rider!!! Ok, back to business now. The WWC takes 14 hours to fully charge and run time is 12 hours. If you're going for all four pieces, you'll still only need one WWC. The One-Touch Programmable Gear system has 4 zones: the jacket, the gloves, the pants and the socks. The ratio of heat between the jacket and gloves and the ratio of heat between the pants and socks can be programmed using the Zone Balance Feature. Enjoy the ride!!!

    Set up

When using this to control the compatible pant liner do you need to set up this controller to "pair" with the pants receiver? Or does it just communicate with the nearest receiver it finds?
    Asked by: Clackavosticus

How does it control multiple items?

It looks like this can control both the jacket liner and the pants liner. How do you know what item you are controlling? There doesn't seem to be a readout on the controller to indicate what it is controlling.
