Split Vision Mirrors is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 40.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from dual mirrors Bought these cause original equipment mirrors don't let you see behind you a well. The dual mirror enables you to see more of what is beside or behind you. They are still inside the faring enough that you don't get bug guts all over them. They look great too!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Waste of money for expected use Good looking mirror, but there is a design flaw. I bought these for my 07 Road King, I was hoping to cut down the blind spot, just as I've done on my cars and trucks. As is stated by other reviewers, you get two identical views through the mirrors. One is simply larger than the other. I had added mini convex mirrors to my OEM to get the blind spot covered. There is a design flaw, a more convex oval mirror could most likely solve the issue. The oval mirror is tilted inboard. Tilting them outboard, would help. Most likely to put the OEM with the Walmart mini convex stuck on them, back on the bike. Disappointed in these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed. HD is better than this. Good looking mirror, but you engineers needed to prototype these so they would have caught the design flaw. I bought these for my 09 Heritage Softail. As a newer rider, I wanted to cut down the blind spot, just as I've done on my cars and trucks. What I have just as stated by other reviewers two identical views through my mirrors, one larger than the other. In looking at the design, I'll note two options that should be implanted in future production and replacement for disappointed purchasers of them. At first glance after realizing there is a design flaw, I thought a more convex oval mirror could solve the issue. The second design flaw is the oval mirror is canted inboard. Canting them outboard, would also make a difference. To the design team of engineers, please review your flawed design and consider implementation of one of the solutions that I have offered or maybe both. That would make these mirrors safer for your riders. We use our mirrors constantly to stay aware of what is behind us. Help make our blinds pots smaller. It isn't going to stop me from looking back over my shoulders, but it will meet the intended design. Thank you, Marc Audet

      Q & A

Can I order replacement stems for these mirrors

      Asked by: rk21

What are the dimensions of this item?

I'd like to be able to compare the dimensions with the mirrors I have now.
      Asked by: lafromla1
The mirror itself is about 3.5 inches tall by 6 wide. The overall height from the base to the top of the mirror is about 6 inches and about 9 inches wide.

Are the two mirrors, on each mirror assembly, able to be adjusted independently?

Can you adjust just the smaller mirror independent of the entire mirror?
      Asked by: dsears2
Hello Dsears2, These mirrors are both fixed within the assembly. They do not independently adjust. Thank you!

      Paint it black...

I see a split view mirror and I want it painted black. No chrome any more I want these to be black. Do you plan on selling these in black? Thanks.
      Asked by: AngelC
I see the bikes go by dressed up in their old chrome. I have to turn my head until they're black as coal.

My wife would like a mirror that provides her with a rear view as a passenger also,Will your split vision mirrors provide that?

      Asked by: Jdenny
These mirrors are definitely not designed to provide a clear view of the rear for a passenger. Your passenger may be able to notice an object to the rear in the convex mirror but it would be too far and too small for a passenger to possibly determine what the object is.
