Some Harley-Davidson® luggage is made of leather. Fine leathers or other natural materials WILL gain "character," such as wrinkles or wear, with age. This is normal. A fine, aged patina and character wrinkles are a sign of the extremely high quality materials used to construct your luggage. The appearance of scars or marks on the leather are a result of using natural leather panels and should not be thought of as an imperfection. Use Harley-Davidson® Leather Dressing P/N 98261-91V to protect your investment.

      Tour-Pak Luggage - Leather is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tour Pak Definitely NOT Harley quality! Hinges cheaply made. Lid distorts easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't get it wet I agree with the other poster about the rain. The top wrinkles and clearly unsticks to the hardshell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like this product I like the easy install and the looks and function. That being said, the item is only a month old. I hope it is durable but only time will tell.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't get caught in the rain! Leather on top wrinkled up after very first exposure to rain. Obviously not glued/attached to shell underneath. This might look good on a show bike that's never exposed to the elements, but very poor on a serious touring rig. Defeats the concept of staying with all leather look, especially considering the price.

      Q & A

Which luggage rack fits on top of PN53147-98C

I ride an '04 FLHRCI and am looking to purchase the Tour-Pak Kit for it. I understand that, in order to ride two-up, I will need the PN53804-06 and PN53276-04 to mount this. Will the luggage rack PN53665-87 fit on top of the Tour-Pak Kit or is there a better fit using another rack?

      Rain protection

Is there a rain cover that you can get for this? I keep seeing a lot of comments regarding the rain damaging the leather. I bought one for my wife for Christmas, so I want to make sure it stays protected.

Where can I buy the lock hardware?

I bought a used bike that came with this pak. The hardware for the lock has been stripped out. I'd like to replace it so that I can lock my tour-pak. Thanks.
