Touring Suspension Air Pump

    Part Number 54630-03A

    A A A

This pump was designed to allow safe and simple adjustment of the front and rear air suspension on Touring motorcycles. Unlike a bicycle pump or a fuel station air hose, the hand operated pump with controllable "micro bleed" valve allows precise adjustment to air volume, and the "no loss" air connector maintains shock pressure when the fitting is removed.

    • 45" swivel air hose simplifies valve stem attachment
    • Aluminum housing is compact, lightweight and durable, and fits easily into your bag for "on-the-road" adjustments
    • High quality 0-60 psi gauge ensures accurate air pressure

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product....A must Have! If you have air shocks, you gotta get one of these! It works great with no leak buy or anything. The gauge works great as well! When I purchased mine from the dealer they also sold a pouch for it as well for just a couple bucks more which was also a great purchase as well. Its now protected by the pouch and in my saddle bag and doesn't rattle or bounce around, protected from getting damaged or scratched.... Again, a must have.. Great product for the price too!!

    Q & A

Will this fit a 2016 Road Glide Ultra FLTRU

The suspension air pump bike fitment does not show it fitting any model of Road Glide. Only the digital suspension air pump model shows fitment for the Road Glides. Am I missing something, is there that difference in the air chucks that it will not fit a Road Glide Ultra FLTRU?
    Asked by: Harleybudd
The touring suspension air pump will work on any Harley equipped with rear air shocks. Do not use compressed air,it can damage your shock absorbers. The micro valve on the pump allows for small release of air to accurately gauge pressure in shocks. A small amount of air can make a big difference in ride quality!

Can this pump be used on a 2013 CVO Ultra Classsic Electra (FLHTCUSE8)

I have a 2013 CVO Ultra, and want to buy a suspension pump. Is it compatible? I saw that it fits a Ultra Classic but not mention to CVO. Thanks

Can I get parts for this pump

    Asked by: polkalover
That's a question for the dealer. He may be able to order it, but I wouldn't be optimistic. My experience with Harley parts is that when the part goes the whole thing is gone. Good luck, let me know the dealer's response.

Can this pump be used to fill my bike's tires

    Asked by: DJH2012
Yes. Especially when you're checking and making fine adjustments to air pressure while getting ready for your morning ride. I wouldn't recommend trying to fill a completely flat tire with it. You could, but each pump of the handle delivers only a small amount of air (unless you have that kind of time). There's no need to carry a separate gauge for your suspension and your tires.
